Hawadeet El Hara Privacy Policy (English)
Last updated: 19 September 2026. Responsible: Anubis Studio (Hossam Gamal).
- Play and saves: your stories, choices, in-game money and settings are stored on your device. Playing as a guest needs no account. Linking Google or Apple is optional; the provider shares the account id, name and email you choose to share.
- Monthly leaderboard: an anonymous technical id (Firebase) is created and the game sends your hero's in-game name, chosen character, story and day, in-game money, debt and reputation, monthly points, badges, and the country code from the app store or SIM. Other players see these on the board.
- The neighbours' timeline: posts and replies store the name and face you chose for your card, the text, the story and day, the time and your technical id, and are visible to all players. Reactions store their type and your technical id. Reports store your id and the reported post and are reviewed by our team. Blocking someone is stored only on your device. Phone numbers, links and personal details are not allowed; breaking content is removed and its author may lose posting access.
- Ads and purchases: only optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob, which may process technical device, network and ad-interaction data; consent choices are shown where required. Coins and “Remove ads” are bought through Apple or Google; we never receive your card number. Coins are stored on your device.
- Reminders are optional and scheduled on the device, with no server.
- Anonymous usage count: at most once a day the game sends Anubis Studio counts only (game, iOS/Android, interface language, version, first run) with no id or name; the country is counted from the network and no IP address is stored.
- Stars of the Month: while you are signed in with Google or Apple (never as a guest), the game sends once a day the game name, the minutes played since the last report and your in-game name, with its Firebase ID token. The account id itself is never stored: the server turns it into one salted key, which is what tells us the same person plays more than one Anubis game (anubisstudio.net/stars). Your email is kept in our admin panel only, so we can reach you if you are honoured; only the name, games, hours and a thank-you line are ever published.
- Deletion: Settings › “Delete my account and data” removes your account, leaderboard row, posts and replies, and all saves on the device. If you can't open the game, email support@anubisstudio.net (never send a password).
- Contact: support@anubisstudio.net for access, correction or deletion requests.
