Shwaya Masry — Delete your account

Anubis Studio (Hossam Gamal)

From inside the game

Open «حكايتي» (My story), tap «حذف الحساب» (Delete account) and accept the confirmation message. Your Firebase account and the cloud progress attached to it are permanently deleted. The local save stays on the phone until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game.

If you cannot open the game

Send the request from the email address you used to register the account, with the subject «حذف حساب شوية مصري» (Delete Shwaya Masry account). Once we have verified that you own the account we delete the cloud account data attached to it, and reply to you within 30 days.

Email: support@anubisstudio.net — subject «حذف حساب شوية مصري».

What is deleted

The Firebase sign-in account, your progress, your in-game coins, your achievements and your cloud settings. Limited technical logs may remain for as long as security or a legal obligation requires; they do not keep an active play profile alive.
